Looking for Playtesters!

We're playtesting an early WebGL prototype of a mobile strategy auto-battler inspired by TFT, with some light Mahjong-style mechanics (discarding and reacting to what others toss away). Most assets are still placeholders—the focus is on gameplay and mechanics.

  • Fast-paced strategy: Build a team of pawns and outlast your opponents.

  • Auto-combat: Units fight automatically at the end of each turn.

  • No selling: Every decision matters—no undoing mistakes.

  • Discard-driven gameplay: Discarding is no longer automatic but essential. To buy a pawn, you must discard another. Watch what others discard to complete combos—just like Mahjong!

๐ŸŽฏ Objective

Outlast your opponents by building the strongest team. You lose when your player health hits 0.

๐Ÿ”‘ Unique Features

  • Integrated discard mechanic: Buying a pawn always requires a discard decision.

  • Limited unit pool: Units discarded by anyone are removed from the game—for everyone.

  • Mobile-first design: Simple controls, fast sessions, and deep decision-making.

  • Compact shop: Only 3 shop choices, forcing tighter, more meaningful decisions.

๐Ÿ”„ Game Flow

  • Gain 1 gold per turn.

    • +1 bonus gold if you won your last fight.

  • Spend gold to buy pawns or reroll the shop (1 gold).

  • Place pawns on the board or store them in storage (which changes dynamically).

  • Combat happens automatically at the end of each turn.

  • Losing a fight reduces your health.

๐Ÿงฑ Pawn Mechanics

  • Combining: 3 of the same pawn forms a stronger version.

  • Types & Synergies: Matching traits grant bonuses.

  • Abilities: Some pawns have unique active effects.

  • Discard System:

    • Your storage starts at 4, but shrinks as your board size grows or when you combine units.

    • Periodically, storage expands and fills with random units.

    • To buy a unit, you must discard one from storage or board.

    • Discarded units go into a shared trash pile—they are removed from the game for all players forever.

    • You can see all discarded units, and if another player discards a pawn you need to complete a combo, it may become available.

  • Storage (bench): Store extra units. Size starts at 4 and changes throughout the game.

  • Board size increases over time (leveling system).

  • Tap pawn icons (left side) to view type bonuses.

  • Tap individual pawns to check stats, traits, and abilities.

  • Experiment with different combinations and adapt to discarded units in the trash pile.

This is an early WebGL prototype meant to test gameplay and systems.
On mobile browsers, you may encounter issues like:

  • Misaligned health bars

  • Slight pawn movement stutter

  • Missing sound effects
